The person I bought it off said it had never been used and it does look like it is new, can be tested before you part with your money. It’s easy to use as there are full instructions on the screen to follow. This Great machine is all self contained so you can use it site it anywhere in the kitchen, home or office. The only fault I can find is the milk cleaning tube is a bit wobbly although does not affect the working of this great little machine, they are available in the internet or direct from Krups website all the instructions are available on line with sizes and weight as although it is only small it is very heavy, come and see you will be under no obligation to buy although when you see it you will no doubt fall in love with this coffee maker.
