COMING SOON?
Hello and WELLCOME to BBB (Bailiff Bridge Bakery) your local bakery and supplier of locally sourced Bakeries and purveyors of Fresh Produce.
Coming from a Farming background we soon learned not only to respect and take care of animals, the land along their produce, which ensures that only the finest produce are brought to the table every day.
Although over the years many changes have come about but these early learning stones still hold as true and as vital today, this is why where possible we always try to source as many of our products as possible from local producers and suppliers who also hold many of our values close to their hearts.
Like us most of our suppliers buy and sell locally where possible and most have high standards in how and where they produce their products along with a second to non awareness to health and safety this is why most of them like ourselves (5*) are proud to hold a high environmental certificate to ensure we put health and hygiene top of our list of requirements.
Because No one can be master of all we do shop around to choose our products in our shop to sell to you which includes some products that we produce in-house our selves.
We always try to insist that every fresh produced product we sell is good enough for our own family and friends along with our precious valued customers, unfortunately it is almost impossible for every sing item to be 100% perfect but in the highly unlikely circumstance that a product you bought from us is not 100% as you would expect please return for a full refund and we will try our best it NEVER falls below our high standards again.
ALERGIES? Unfortunately due to product cross contamination it is almost impossible to ensure that any of our products are never going to be totally free from cross contamination in our shop or in the place they were produced and transported. So we have to declare that All our products are NOT suitable for people with any kind of ALERGY or INTOLARANCE. SO SOORY BUT this Includes although not limited to:- NUTS, DAIRY, MILK, WHEAT, COLESTRAL, ETC.
We hope you enjoy our goods and delight and we look forward to welcoming you not only as a regular customer but as a friend too thank you and enjoy.
If you know of something you may have had in the past and can no longer obtain it locally please ask and we will do our upmost to try and obtain your ‘special long lost delight’.
