Vintage Rare Collectors Army Green Milners Metal Cash Box with brass lock but no keys (keys easy to get from flea markets, etc) the lock has been removed so easy for you to take and find a key) the box needs restoring although some of the old Green army paint is still visible, it has a brass handle with Miners clearly stamped on the handle, the lock is a heavy brass lock clearly stamped Miners Lock Company Limited, The box itself shows signs of rust, damage and poor repairs although it would be easy to restore to a high standard. The weight is about 3kg and sizes of the box is approximately 12” long x 7½” Wide x 5½” Deep. It has a 3 compartment top cash removable cash tray in the top of the box with the centre compartment having a sliding lid. There is also a hinged lower divider to separate an area for notes and paper, etc.
